CI Telemetry: The CI Telemetry service assesses the stability of the build platform by collecting and visualizing data, offering valuable insights to improve CI pipeline efficiency. By identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization, it allows teams to proactively address issues, leading to faster build times and fewer disruptions. This enhanced visibility and streamlined process increase overall productivity, enabling developers to focus more on coding rather than troubleshooting pipeline issues.

Feature Environment: Created a non-production environment replica, enabling branch-specific deployments with custom configurations for pre-merge testing. This streamlined QE and developer workflows by catching issues early, boosting productivity, and reducing post-merge fixes.

Inventory Service: By centralizing service data from Kubernetes, Harness, and Jira into YAML files stored in Cortex, the need for Excel spreadsheets was eliminated. This streamlined access to service information, allowing on-call teams to quickly retrieve and assess critical details during live events.
